People contact the services listed in the Urgent Help or Local Services sections about various concerns in their lives, there is no such thing as a typical call. Whatever your reason for phoning, you can be assured that you will feel listened to and respected.

 

 

Mental health conditions

 

One in four people will experience some kind of mental health problem in the course of any given year. The vast majority of people go on to make a full recovery, whilst others learn to manage their health problems and lead full and active lives.

 

People of all ages and backgrounds contact the services listed in the Urgent Help or Local Services sections  and each call is treated with patience and respect.
