Penumbra Self Harm Service
The Aberdeen Self Harm Service was opened in 2004 to provide a recovery focused, non-judgemental and user led support service to people who self-harm in Aberdeen City. We also explore the needs of family, carers and professionals in contact with young people who self harm.
